Spotlight Raw Chefs: Susan Sbicca.

Susan started her chef life with cooked food - comfort food - in fact, such good comfort food that she was named California Chef of the Year for 2006. Then she discovered the health benefits of raw food & was converted. She brought all of her skills to the world of raw. Her professional focus on raw food has been raw vegan gelato. And it’s so good, it makes me want to hurt myself. 

Look for more from Susan in the world of raw food education because it is my goal to get her to work with me (or create on her own) a book or a series of videos that teaches the alchemy of raw food, far beyond the world of gelato.
